Firstly a wash of watercolour that was then covered with cling wrap and left to almost dry.
Then drawn over with a fine liner, the subject ‘a tree stump’ from photos I have taken on one of my many walks.
This began to develop into a forest floor full of leaves and twigs that were created from the creases the cling wrap had left behind.
I am very drawn to trees specifically.
