We plan to meet every few weeks on a Monday morning.  There will be four sessions guided by Ben Winspear, with Ben providing education around building a workable kit and materials, as well as how to approach painting outdoors.

The cost for the guided sessions will be $20 for YVA members, and $45 for non-members. Ben has suggested that for the first session, attendees should bring whatever they have in terms of materials, or just bring paper and pencils.

The first group will be held on Monday the 28th of September at beginning at 9.30am. Subsequent dates until the end of the year will be Monday the 12th October, Monday 2nd of November, Monday 23rd of November and Monday 14th of December. We have a good list of people interested in joining.

The plan is to paint for two and a half hours, and then stay for lunch if you are able. We are also hoping to have some painting camps in 2027, allowing for some deeper immersion in the environment. 

If you are joining the group, please bring a hat, coat, water bottle, insect repellant, stool if you need one, and whatever materials you have.
