Yarra Valley Arts’ online youth art prize for artists aged 13 to 25 years old.

Before you begin

What you'll need

  • One finished artwork responding to the theme "Portal", and a clear photo of it (jpg, jpeg or png)
  • Your details, and a parent or guardian's if you're under 18
  • A few minutes, entering takes about three
Entry fee: $10 for ages 13–17, $25 for ages 18–25, paid securely at the end. Your fee includes a Youth Membership through to March 2028.

All eligible entries appear in the online Virtual Young Creatives Exhibition.

A shot at finalist

Judges pick five finalists per category, exhibited at the Healesville Memo during Open Studios 2026, with prizes and a People's Choice award.
